North Lawndale College Prep HS

North Lawndale College Prep (NLCP) is a coed, public charter high school with two campuses that serve ~ 750 students in grades 9-12. NLCP exists to create a better future by developing and empowering transformational leaders. We do this by equipping students with the academic skills and the personal resilience necessary for college graduation. Our success is distinguished by an academic model that addresses all areas of college readiness; high levels of student and employee engagement; and a unique image of excellence and individuality that attracts students, talent, community partners, and donors. We seek professionals who build community, have high expectations for students and themselves, maintain a solutions orientation, and are resilient in their pursuit of student success.
